The trip was a 2 hour trip not 35 minutes. I think Daniel should've taken 2 children so at least they could've all had seatbelts. This woman was a walking time bomb.

She was spiralling down like most women do when they try to do it all. There was two Diane’s. One was the hurt resentful Diane that was too proud in adult life to forgive her mother. Diane was holding on to her resentment toward her mother when what she should have done was to swallow her pride and get herself into therapy and after that reconcile with her mother again. Instead she wanted to punish her mother by pushing her away. The only person she was destroying was herself by doing this. She was in a difficult marriage. Daniel worked at nights and she worked in a high stress job for a big company, she had a five year old and a two year old to raise as well, Daniel was an absent father and an absent husband. She had a food addiction which she suffered from since her mother left the family home when Diane was 13 years old. She felt that she had to take on the roll of both mother and big sister to her three younger brothers. That’s a hell of a big ask for a little girl of 13 years. There was a lot of damage from that and she has kept it bottled up inside her all these years. The other Diane was the false persona Diane the one who wants family, friends and work colleagues and even her husband to think that she is a super mum who can take on any challenges. She keeps thinking that she has to excel in everything and be the one in total control. Patsy Ramsey was like this as well. Behind closed doors at night the real Diane appeared when Hubby wasn’t there. Diane couldn’t cope and she was too proud to raise her hand for help. My stepsister is very much like Diane, she is a control freak who burns the candle at both ends. Diane started drinking at nights and smoking hash to cope. When she called into MacDonalds she ordered a large orange juice. Apparently vodka and orange was her favourite drink. Alcohol can affect people differently. A lot of people get angry on alcohol and her road raging on the road like that is typical of an angry drunk. Diane’s world like I said was spiralling down. I would say what caused the accident was drinking with Daniel at the campsite the previous night, that’s why she called into the Sunoco to get strong pain relief for her migraine. She was hung over from the night before, she had a large hair of the dog at MacDonalds she may have smoked a joint, THC can stay in the body for six months. Combine all this with a midlife crisis that she probably didn’t know she was having and her food addiction which she battled all her life rendering her borderline diabetic all contributed to this horrific incident. Alcohol and drugs led Dianne on a very real highway to hell. My thoughts are with all the innocent victims who tragically lost their lives because of a drunk driver.

She drank most afternoons after work in a bar near her office. There was a woman who drank with her said Diane used to bitch about Danny all the time and what a lazy schmuck he was who refused to get a real job. She smoked weed EVERY night. Probably drank at night too because Danny never got home till 8 am. Even the motjer in law said Diane was up all night. She was drunk, she was high. I suspect it was worse than usual because they'd had some big fight but when her nrother caught on that she was blind drunk and she knew her world was about to come crashing down she took them all out with her. Because why did they have a right to be happy when she wasn't going to be. She'd have lost her job so they'd have lost the house and car and campervan and boat. Danny would have run back to his Irish Ma with his tail between his legs and Diane decided that wasn't how her story was going to end.

I believe her drug of choice was Vicodin. Did you see the prescriptions in her record? She had multiple opiates and escalating. Ambien, had she taken it late at 3am she’s still under it’s influence 900am. That in its self is a risk and variable behaviors. Shed be more in control when on opiates and not as impaired. I don’t think alcohol is that appealing to her for that reason. At least a semi-monthly RX, plenty to be dependent on opioids. Drs still handed them out in 2009. Strange it wasn’t brought up but overlooked. She wouldn’t like losing control. Opiates dont affect equilibrium. Id like to see her pharmacy records, closest pharmacies to home and work. I think the answers to that morning are somewhere in her pills. Possibly opiate withdrawals that morning, which are horrible. Nausea, pain, gastro. Even a uncomfortable bowel movement en route because she’s in withdrawal, may wanted her own bathroom, or she had a refill ready at the pharmacy. She couldve been fine all weekend and having 3rd and 4th day withdrawals, hurting. It would explain so many things out of character. She wasn’t a complainer but a control freak that always had pain. 1 Symptom of Opiate dependent person. She hated pain and won’t get her teeth fixed, she will medicate herself Though. The 7-11 seemed a futile errand, she didn’t expect to find her fix, not that she asked for opiates, she expected to be disappointed, rejected, practically walking out the moment she walked in. She’s just going through the motions to fix her problem but gave herself permission to medicate with was convenient. She would “over do it” being 2nd & 3rd drugs of choice because they won’t fix her. She’s trying to feel better as soon as possible. She likely took 3 gulps, 2 after the market and 3rd last stop. Just to get it down but they were likely equivalent to 3 shots each. Ive done something similar to get the effect immediately and ended up black out. She may have smoked for withdrawals nausea and vomiting, it’s the best thing for it. She’s not suicidal unless became so on the ride home, she just ordered recital tickets a few hours away. For the 3. She’s not suicidal she’s type A. If she took 3 measured shots, not that I condone drinking and driving or suggest anyone do so, she’s a big girl she probably would’ve been fine, Im not excusing her from responsibility or suggesting anyone drive after 3 shots, she could’ve faired better measured. Theoretically. Don’t drink and drive nor with Opiate withdrawals. Shes Driving like a disinhibited drug fiend, not a conscientious PTA Mom. If she had Vicodin that morning, she wouldn’t have substituted her pain meds. All these behaviors explained.

Just so you know and inform with the whole story. The girl friend showed the police how her boyfriend was threatening to kill her with a suppressed glock and showed the officers the picture. The guy showed up while police were there interviewed the girlfriend he didn’t have her car so therefore it was reported stolen and he was in possession of it so he was detained and put in the police car was not searched. You obviously have no experience with suppressors and subsonic rounds.

If you watch the whole video, you’ll understand. The boyfriend was threatening to kill his girlfriend. She showed the cops, a picture of him with a Glock with a suppressor in her car that he stole threatening to kill her with it. Then you’ll find out he wasn’t searched before being put in the police car just detained and he went to go get them out of car to search. Suppressor with a subsonic round. It can sound like a few noises. That’s if you have experience with it.
